Enhanced Autopilot Interface Adapter
The GAD 43e offers enhanced autopilot interface capabilities for G600/G500 flight display systems. Building on the GAD 43, it adds altitude preselector functions, vertical speed control, dual analog VOR/LOC/GS input, analog radar altitude, DME distance, marker beacon lamps, and synchro ADF input.
Extended Capabilities
In addition to standard AHRS-based gyro emulation, the GAD 43e interfaces with altitude preselect and vertical speed controls, dual analog NAV radios, and displays legacy instrument data including marker beacon, DME distance, and ADF bearing on compatible Garmin flight displays.
